Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

The Platform offers a free trial with 10 free credits to eligible users.

• No payment is required during the free trial period.
• Once the free credits are exhausted or the user upgrades to a paid subscription, billing begins as per the selected plan.
• No refunds are applicable for free trial usage.

2. Subscription Model

Mirrorworld operates on a subscription-based service model.

• Paid subscriptions provide access to AI-powered tools and services for the selected billing period.
• Subscription details, pricing, and features are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Future billing will stop immediately.
• Access to paid services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial refunds or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

Except where expressly stated below, subscription fees are non-refundable once services are activated.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (where applicable), users must contact us with the following details:

• Registered email address
• Transaction ID / payment reference number
• Description of the issue

6. Refund Processing Timeline (Global)

If a refund request is approved following internal review and verification:

• Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable local laws, consumer protection regulations, and payment network rules applicable to the user’s country or region of residence.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase (such as card, UPI, wallet, or bank transfer), wherever technically feasible and permitted by the relevant payment service provider.
• In cases where the original payment method is unavailable or no longer valid, the Company may, at its discretion, process the refund through an alternative method or request additional information from the user to complete the refund.
• Refund processing timelines generally range from 5 to 15 business days from the date of approval.
• Actual credit timelines may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:

  • The payment method used
  • The user’s bank or financial institution
  • Card networks or payment processors
  • Cross-border transaction handling and currency conversion processes
• The Company has no control over bank-side or gateway-side processing times and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, financial institutions, currency conversion intermediaries, or third-party payment gateways.
• Any fees, charges, or currency conversion differences imposed by banks or payment providers during the refund process are outside the Company’s control and may be deducted by the relevant financial institution.

7. Payment Gateway Handling

All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.

• The Company does not store or process card, UPI, or bank account details.
• Payment gateway policies and banking timelines may affect refund processing duration.

8. Suspension or Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions or fraudulent/unlawful activity, no refunds shall be issued unless required under applicable law.

9. Policy Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
