Mirrorworld is a subscription-based digital platform that provides AI-powered tools, automation, and related services for individuals and businesses.

The Company reserves the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or its services at any time, without prior notice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform:

You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You accept responsibility for your use of the Platform and services

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, users are required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Be solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

The Platform operates on a subscription-based model.

Subscription plans, pricing, billing cycles, and features are displayed on the Platform.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
The Company does not store or process card, UPI, or bank account details.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or restriction of access to services.
The Company reserves the right to revise pricing or subscription structures at its discretion.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, published separately on the Platform.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable once services are activated.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI Disclaimer)

The Platform uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate outputs, recommendations, insights, and other results. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated outputs are based on algorithms, models, and user inputs
Outputs are informational and advisory in nature only
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs
Any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on AI outputs are taken solely at your own risk

The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, servers, or data
Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit Platform software or systems
Upload malicious code, harmful content, or disruptive material
Misrepresent identity or affiliation

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

Software and source code
Algorithms and AI systems
Platform design, layout, and branding
Logos, trademarks, text, and graphics

are the exclusive intellectual property of LAFLABS TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, unless otherwise stated. No rights or licenses are granted except for limited use of the Platform as intended.

9. User Inputs and Data

Users may provide data, prompts, or business information for service delivery. You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such inputs only for:

Providing and improving services
Platform analytics and optimization
System security and performance

Ownership of user-provided data remains with the user.

10. Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, restrict access to services, or remove content/data without prior notice if:

These Terms are violated
Misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is detected
Required by law or regulatory authorities

Termination does not entitle users to refunds unless required by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
The Company makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the subscription period immediately preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAFLABS TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Violation of these Terms
Infringement of third-party rights

13. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate or rely on third-party services.

The Company is not responsible for the content, performance, or policies of third-party services.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.

15. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
