
Harsh Jhankra is a DPIIT-recognized entrepreneur and currently pursuing an Economics major. His entrepreneurial journey began with a clean-tech startup that transformed agricultural waste into sustainable vegan leather, giving him first-hand insight into the inefficiencies of the agricultural value chain and the struggles faced by farmers. With a strong background in economics, sustainability, and innovation-driven problem-solving, Harsh leads M-World as the CEO with a mission to build a fair, autonomous economy where value flows directly to creators. His vision merges economic equity with advanced technology, blending social awareness with practical execution to redefine global trade and production systems.

Fahad Iqbal Zafar, Co-Founder and CTO of M-World, is a prodigious technologist who began coding at the age of eight and brings over a decade of hands-on experience in AI systems, Web3 infrastructure, and full-stack product development. Currently pursuing Data Science at IIT Madras, he specializes in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and blockchain engineering. He has led several open-source Web3 projects, managing globally distributed teams and building decentralized tools to promote ecosystem literacy through workshops and technical documentation. Fahad previously founded an app development agency where he built over 100 bespoke mobile applications, later founding Route3, a Web3 gaming wallet backed by San Francisco-based crypto investors, successfully managing a global team of developers. Most recently, he developed G1, a multimodal agentic AI capable of autonomous task execution across diverse modalities, reflecting his exceptional ability to merge intelligence with functional real-world applications. His technological expertise and leadership form the backbone of M-World’s AI and blockchain infrastructure.

Omar Saine is a final year Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) student at Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, one of India’s leading institutions for commerce and economics. As Coordinator at the SRCC Incubation Center, he has built strong expertise in business development, marketing strategy, and financial analysis, applying his knowledge to support early-stage startups and drive scalable growth. As the CMO of M-World, Omar leads the project’s strategic outreach and branding, leveraging data-driven insights and behavioral research to position M-World as a fair and technology-driven ecosystem for producers and creators worldwide. His global perspective and deep understanding of market systems guide M-World’s mission to foster inclusion and economic empowerment. Omar has collaborated with leading venture capitalists, startup mentors, and angel investors through SRCC’s Incubation Centre and recently played a key role in onboarding Titan Capital as a strategic partner. His collaborative approach, market intelligence, and entrepreneurial drive continue to shape M-World’s vision for global impact.
